I’m Sadie, a self-connection coach and mentor for late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults – especially women in midlife discovering their AuDHD identity. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that you are not broken – you’ve just been trying to thrive in systems that weren’t built for you.
I help my clients swap the overwhelm of hustle culture and masking for the ease and clarity of self-connection. Together, we uncover the patterns, stories, and expectations that have kept you small or exhausted, and begin to rebuild a life that actually fits your rhythms, values, and energy.
How I can support you:
1:1 Coaching and Mentorship: Deep, personalised sessions that meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your authentic self. We explore themes like self-trust, nervous system regulation, boundaries, and sustainable ways of living and working. Available as a one-off sessions or a series of 6 or 12 over 3 ot 6 months.
Access to Work Coaching: Support for neurodivergent professionals who’ve received funding through the UK government’s Access to Work scheme. I help you navigate workplace challenges, build confidence in advocating for your needs, and find ways to thrive without burning out.
Co-Regulation Sessions: Free monthly community gatherings for gentle accountability, connection, and nervous system nourishment. These spaces are about showing up as you are – no pressure, no performance – just collective calm and care.
My approach blends coaching, project management wisdom, cyclical living, and shadow work – practical and grounded, but also deeply human and intuitive. I believe self-connection isn’t a luxury; it’s the foundation of everything.
When you work with me, you can expect honesty, warmth, and space to exhale. You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, realistic strategies for your unique brain, and a renewed sense of belonging to yourself and the world around you.
