Think Musique is a coaching, consultancy, and support agency led by neurodivergent coaches, founded from lived experience. Our mission is to empower neurodivergent individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive — not just cope — by applying insight, empathy, and practical strategies rooted in how our minds actually work.
Because we are neurodivergent ourselves, we know from the inside how often mainstream systems and methods miss, misunderstand, or stigmatise neurodivergent ways of thinking, learning, communicating, and organising. We work to bridge that gap — bringing services that are respectful, authentic, and effective for neurodivergent people, rather than retrofitting neurotypical models.

What We Offer
Our offerings are broad but cohesively aligned around neurodivergent-centred support in work, business, and life. Below are key pillars of our work:
1. 1:1 Coaching & Work Support
• Tailored coaching for individuals who are neurodivergent (e.g. autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent identities), assisting with career planning, workplace challenges, transitions, self-advocacy, and personal growth.
• Job coaching / “work support” that helps individuals navigate the demands of a role (task management, communication with colleagues, sensory / environmental adaptations, executive function, etc.).
• Support through transitions: starting a new job, promotion, shifting roles, or returning to work.
2. Business & Consultancy Support
• Strength Finder / Capability Mapping: helping organisations (or teams) identify the strengths, styles, and working preferences of neurodivergent team members, to leverage rather than suppress them.
• Transitional & Team Support: supporting teams in times of change (mergers, restructuring, onboarding) ensuring neurodivergent voices are included and supported.
• Healthy Conflict & Communication: coaching teams to have psychologically safe dialogue, addressing misunderstandings, conflict styles, and communication adaptations for neurodivergent staff.
• Autism / Neurodivergence in the Workplace: targeted guidance, training, and policies for employers and managers to create inclusive environments (reasonable adjustments, neuroaffirming practices, awareness, etc.).
• Business mentoring support that takes into account how neurodivergent thought styles (hyperfocus, non-linear creativity, sensory preferences) can be an asset when properly aligned with business structure.
3. Organisational Change & Inclusion Strategies
• Designing inclusive systems, policies, and cultural frameworks so organisations can become more neurodiversity-affirming.
• Workshops, training sessions, and bespoke facilitation to build awareness, shift mindsets, and embed neurodivergent perspectives in leadership, HR, recruitment, and team operations.
• Ongoing audit & review of workplaces for accessibility (cognitive, sensory, communication) and co-designing accommodations that work in practice.
4. Group Programs, Peer Circles & Community
• Group coaching, peer circles or mastermind groups for neurodivergent professionals to share strategies, mutual support, and collaborative learning.
• Online or in-person workshops or masterclasses on topics like executive function, planning, communication strategies, self-advocacy, and managing burnout in neurodivergent contexts.

Why Work with Us
• Lived Experience: Our neurodivergent identity is not a label—it’s a strength. We bring insider knowledge, authenticity, and credibility in how we design, deliver, and relate in all our services.
• Strengths-Based Approach: Instead of focusing solely on “fixing deficits,” we emphasise leveraging each individual’s unique wiring, encouraging compensatory strategies, and building environments that accommodate diversity of thinking.
• Bridging Worlds: We act as translators between neurodivergent and neurotypical systems — helping individuals navigate traditional workplaces and helping organisations adjust to neurodivergent realities.
• Practical & Tailored: Our interventions are not one-size-fits-all. We work with clients to co-design plans, strategies, and supports that fit their life, role, goals, and preferences.
• Sustainable Inclusion: We don’t just aim for short-term fixes. We help embed changes in culture, policy, and practice so that neurodivergent inclusion is part of the fabric of organisations, not a reactive add-on.

Our Vision
Think Musique envisions a world where neurodivergent people are not merely accommodated, but celebrated; where workplaces are built around flexibility, diversity, and mutual flourishing; and where individuals can live and work authentically, with support that honours their neurotype.
