About ADHD Coaching for Creatives

You might be looking for support with planning, prioritising, or managing the churn of ideas in a busy creative business. Perhaps procrastination, perfectionism or decision fatigue are getting in the way of momentum. Together, we can explore how ADHD shows up in your day-to-day, uncover your strengths, and experiment with simple, human-friendly systems that help you work with, not against, your brain.

I’m Natalie (she/her), an ADHD-informed coach, MSc positive psychology practitioner, and professional voice actor.  I’ve been self-employed for more than 25 years. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 49, so I understand the realities of juggling a creative career when focus, time, and energy can all feel like a wild rollercoaster ride.

I’m happy to work with your Access to Work grant. Big fan of hope, curiousity and imperfect action.
