My name is Laura, I am self-employed and I offer practical Access to Work–funded support for disabled people and those with long-term health conditions whose condition creates barriers to managing work-related tasks. My support focuses on reducing cognitive load, fatigue, and practical overwhelm, helping clients stay able to work within their capacity.
This can include practical assistance with work-related tasks, administrative support, organisation of workspaces and materials, pacing and task planning, and support around routines or appointments where these directly impact someone’s ability to work. I work in a flexible, collaborative way, adapting support to fluctuating capacity and individual needs.
I have particular experience and interest in supporting people with ME/CFS and neurodivergent clients, and I work in an energy-aware, low-pressure way. I have ADHD myself so I offer a safe space! I’m fully insured and I work with relevant training and experience.
I cover Salford and Greater Manchester and work within agreed scopes and funding arrangements. I also offer non-Access to Work related support for the everyday life.
