Access to Work Support Worker Services
We provide marketing support through the Access to Work scheme, working as Support Workers to deliver both practical marketing help and structured support.
We combine lived experience of neurodivergence with 40 years’ combined marketing experience supporting small businesses.
Marketing can feel overwhelming because there is so much conflicting advice. Different experts, different strategies, different opinions. Knowing what actually matters can make it hard to know where to focus or where to start.
How we help (Access to Work support)
Support can be provided as:
Enablement support
Helping you build systems, structure and confidence so you can manage your marketing in a way that works for you.
Replacement support
Providing practical marketing support where additional support helps remove barriers to getting things done.
Structured support
Providing accountability, prioritisation help and practical guidance to keep things manageable and moving forward.
This support may help if you:
-
feel overwhelmed by marketing
-
struggle with prioritisation or follow-through
-
have lots of ideas but struggle to implement them
-
find consistency difficult
-
find it hard to put yourself or your work out there
-
fear getting it wrong or being judged, which can hold you back from showing up or being visible in the way you would like
-
want marketing to feel simpler and more realistic
Support can include:
-
turning ideas into a simple marketing plan
-
simplifying priorities so marketing feels manageable
-
building confidence around visibility and communication

Our approach
Our approach is practical, strengths-based and realistic. We focus on what will genuinely work for you, not what marketing trends say you should be doing.
