I’m Alison, a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager with over 20 years’ experience supporting businesses across admin, operations, and systems.
I work with a wide range of clients, including neurodivergent professionals and business owners, many of whom access support through Access to Work.
My role is practical and structured. I help take the pressure off the day-to-day running of your work or business so you can focus on what you do best.
This might include:
Inbox and diary management
Task and workload organisation
Setting up and maintaining simple, effective systems
Supporting with client communication and follow-ups
Managing projects and keeping things moving
Creating structure where things feel overwhelming or unclear
I understand that for many neurodivergent clients, the challenge isn’t capability, it’s capacity, consistency, and cognitive load.
That’s where I come in.
I provide calm, reliable support that helps reduce overwhelm, improve follow-through, and create a working setup that feels manageable and sustainable.
I’m experienced in working flexibly, adapting to individual needs, and using tools that support organisation without adding unnecessary complexity.
My approach is always tailored. Some clients need hands-on daily support, others need light-touch structure and accountability. We work out what actually helps and build from there.
I’m fully insured, GDPR-compliant, and familiar with the requirements of funded support arrangements.
