I’m an ADHD coach, and I have lived experience of ADHD and autism. That means I know what it’s like when your brain works differently.
My coaching is about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what really matters to you, without pressure. Together, we use ADHD-informed tools to help you:
- Untangle the perfectionism-shame cycle
- Find ways to get started (and keep going) that work with your brain
- Build confidence and self-trust in daily life and work
I am certified with Gold Mind Academy, which is accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am working towards ACC accreditation with the ICF and follow their competencies and ethical guidelines. That means you get professionalism, ethics, and structure as well as someone who understands ADHD from the inside.
My training went way beyond quick-fix productivity hacks. I learned to use ADHD-informed models to understand how our brains work, and what that means in daily life.
This work changed how I see myself. I’ve learned to better trust my instincts, honour my differences, and design ways of working that fit me. It’s the same process I now help my clients explore.
I offer remote 1-1 ADHD coaching for people with ADHD, AuDHD and I work in a trauma-informed way as a trauma survivor myself.
Coaching only works when it feels safe. For me, that means building trust, connection, and a space where you can show up as you are (with some humour along the way). I coach with curiosity and compassion, because I know from experience that cookie-cutter ADHD tips might work for a day or even a week. But usually, they don’t last. What does work is exploring together to find the approaches that fit you and your life.
