A fellow late-diagnosed ADHDer, I support women who have realised the ‘why’ to figure out the “what now?”.
I’m Nadine, a certified ADHD coach and late-diagnosed ADHDer based in Cheshire, UK. I specialise in working with adult women who are finding their feet after an ADHD diagnosis – both those with a formal diagnosis and those somewhere on that journey. My own diagnosis at 35 sparked a change in my coaching practice that led me to retrain as a specialist ADHD coach, after becoming frustrated with standard coaching approaches that simply didn’t work for the ADHD brain.
Through A Ripple Effect, I combine a deep understanding of how the ADHD brain actually works with practical, personalised strategies that make real-world sense. I understand the challenges familiar to late-diagnosed women: from time blindness, task initiation and procrastination through to emotional regulation and Rejection Sensitivity Disorder (RSD). My background spans mental health work, education, and over a decade helping people navigate change – all of which I bring to my coaching practice.
I work with women who are done with the “just try harder” approach and are ready to understand their ADHD brain so they can work with it, not against it.
I accept Access to Work funding for coaching sessions. Email to book a free discovery call.
