Providing expert advice and support to help you create an inclusive workplace – whether that’s navigating Access to Work funding, delivering services funded by the scheme, or supporting employees through Workplace Needs Assessments.

I’m a support worker or coach delivering Access to Work support and I’d like guidance on working effectively with clients and their awards.
I’m an organisation delivering Access to Work services - such as a coaching company or assistive technology provider - and I want to ensure my services meet AtW requirements.
I’m an employer looking for expert guidance on workplace adjustments, Access to Work funding, and disability inclusion. I want to feel confident that my employees can access the right support and thrive at work.
A truly inclusive workplace isn’t just the right thing to do – it boosts employee retention, reduces absenteeism, and ensures legal compliance. Whether you’re looking for funding options, workplace adjustments, or expert guidance on disability inclusion, I can help.

I regularly deliver free online talks with NeuroRocket, designed to help neurodivergent workers (and anyone interested) understand and make the most of Access to Work.
Each session is practical, accessible, and includes plenty of time for questions.

Early in my career in the Public Sector, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Over time, I struggled more and more to do my job, and without the right support in place, I eventually had to take ill-health retirement at just 31. If the right workplace adjustments and funding had been available to me then, I might still be there today.
After 5 years away from work, I started part-time as an Access to Work Support Worker. As I learned more about the scheme – and successfully applied for support in my own role – I realised just how life-changing the right adjustments can be. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others stay in work, thrive in their careers, and create truly inclusive workplaces.
Today, I primarily support clients as an Independent Access to Work Adviser, helping disabled and neurodivergent workers, self-employed people and employers navigate the scheme with clarity and confidence.
